You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use our site in any way that breaches applicable UK law or regulations.

• Use our site to send unsolicited or fraudulent communications.

To place orders you may create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

When you place an order through our site, the following applies:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where payment cannot be verified or an error in pricing has occurred.
• An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order, not acceptance of it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.
• Payment is due in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal via Stripe and PayPal secure checkout.
• All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will inform you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities and reserve the right to correct errors on our site at any time.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders via Royal Mail and DPD:

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. Our extended policy allows returns within 30 days. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• For hygiene reasons, fragrances must be unopened and sealed.
• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

All content on missiox.co.uk — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by MISSIOX LIMITED or used with permission and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, MISSIOX LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
