UK Delivery Options:

International Shipping:

We currently ship to EU countries and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon-Fri) ship same day
• Weekend orders ship on the next business day
• You'll receive tracking information via email

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Fragrances must have original cellophane wrapping intact
• Return shipping is free for faulty items
• Customer pays return shipping for change of mind

How to Return:

1. Contact our support team at support@missiox.uk
2. Receive your return authorization and prepaid label
3. Package your item securely
4. Attach the return label and drop off at any Royal Mail location
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges:

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order for your preferred fragrance.
